How do I recycle Fernway vapes?

It’s easy! Once you’re done with your cartridge or Traveler, go to our Recycling Location Finder and head to a dispensary near you that has a Fernway Recycling Dropbox. Bring your finished cartridge or Traveler to your nearest recycling location, drop the vape in the Fernway Dropbox, and you’re good to go! We handle the rest.

What's a terpene infused joint?

If you’re reading this, you probably know what a joint is – so we won’t explain that. Fernway Terpene Infused Joints, though, are a little bit more than your standard joint. They’re made with 25%+ THC ground bud infused with the best-selling terpene blends, which mean the smoke has a clear, delicious flavor – just like our vapes.

What makes your joints special?

Three things; the flavor, the flower, and the cone. All of them combine to create a truly special smoke, every time. Fernway joints are infused with our bestselling terpene blends so that you enjoy a delicious and consistent flavor. We use premium, always-high-testing flower – never shake or trim.

And the Fernway Cone’s design doesn’t just look great, it’s functional too. The ultra-thin rice paper provides a clean and even burn, the reusable ceramic tip doesn’t get soggy and makes ashing and passing even easier, our fragment-proof filter blocks ash from entering the tip, our freshness cork protects the bud from air exposure, and our Fernway Seal makes it easy to remember what you’re smoking if you have a few joints going at once. (We often do.)

What’s the difference between your vapes?

Glad you asked! All our vapes are made with pure cannabis oil and terpenes.

Fernway Live Resin is small-batch conoisseur-grade oil. This is a true luxury product for anyone looking to experience the full, unique effects and flavor of the finest fresh cannabis.

With our Flavor Line, we use terpenes harvested from other botanicals – like fruits and herbs – to deliver delicious natural flavors.

With our Strain Collection, we use terpenes harvested from fresh cannabis to deliver a true-to-strain cannabis flavor profile.

What's the difference between Fernway cartridges and the Fernway Traveler?

They both deliver fantastic cannabis experiences, but we suggest you choose which one you want based on what you’re looking to do with it.

If you’re looking to fully customize your experience, we suggest our cartridges. Fernway vape carts use the most common cartridge-battery connection (aka a 510 thread) so you’ll need a Fernway STYLUS or any other 510-compatible battery to enjoy them.

If you’re on-the-go, or if you want to try out a new flavor in a smaller, more affordable size, we’d recommend the Fernway Traveler. It’s a fully recyclable, single-use all-in-one unit that comes in two unique sizes – 0.3 grams and 0.7 grams.

How many hits per vape?

Approximately:

• 90 average-size (3-second) hits per 0.3g Traveler
• 150 hits per half-gram cartridge
• 210 hits per 0.7g Traveler
• 300 hits per full-gram cartridge

What’s in a Fernway vape?

Two things and two things only:

• Pure cannabis oil and
• Terpenes, aka the aromatic compounds produced by cannabis and other plants.

That’s it. No fillers, no shortcuts, no nonsense.

Are Fernway products tested?

Absolutely. All our products are rigorously quality tested both in-house and by state-certified labs to detect any impurities before they ever go on shelves. You can even access any Fernway product’s Certificate Of Analysis – just request it from the dispensary where you bought it.

Are Fernway vapes tamper-proof?

Yes. Since it’s unsanitary and unsafe to reuse vapes, we make ours tamper-proof. If you try to remove the mouthpiece it destroys the vape and makes it unusable.

Product Tips

Why can't I get any airflow through my Fernway Joint?

No worries – you likely forgot to take out the freshness cork, which is that little silicone plug in the end of the mouthpiece. That cork helps preserve the joint’s flavor, so just pull it out and you’ll be ready to go!

How do I turn my Traveler or STYLUS on?

Both the Fernway Traveler and STYLUS come out of the box fully charged, so just turn them on by clicking the button five times fast. When you see the light flash, you’re good to go.

What's the best way to store Fernway Joints?

Cannabis is a plant – which means you need to keep it fresh. The best way to do this is to keep it in the original jar and away from high temperatures. We design our jars to store Fernway Joints upright to prevent them from canoeing – we recommend you do the same!

What’s the best way to store Fernway vapes?

Store your Fernway upright in a cool place out of direct sunlight. This will keep your oil fresh for longer and help to prevent leaking and clogging. If you’re looking for an easy way to keep your Fernway upright, try using the base of your Fernway box!

My vape stopped working – what do I do?

First, make sure your battery is turned on. For the Traveler and the STYLUS, this can be accomplished by pressing the button five times fast.

Second, determine whether your cartridge is clogged. Put your lips to the mouthpiece and inhale gently. If you don’t feel air flowing through the cartridge, your cartridge is clogged.

If your cartridge is clogged: Gently heat the cartridge by using the preheat cycle on your Fernway battery. Press the button twice and wait 15 seconds for the lights to turn off. If you are using a different battery, you can gently warm the cartridge by holding it in your hand, using a hair dryer, or just by holding down the battery’s button. Never place your cartridge in the microwave or directly on a hot surface.

If your cartridge isn’t clogged, but there’s no vapor coming out: Clean the contact plate on your battery with a Q-tip or small piece of cloth and some rubbing alcohol to get rid of any dirt or dust that might be disrupting the flow of current.

If you’re still having problems: Contact the retailer where you bought the cartridge for further assistance, and contact us if you need anything else!

Do Fernway cartridges work on non-Fernway batteries?

Yes they do. While our cartridges are optimized for Fernway batteries, they will work with other 510 batteries. Simply screw the threaded base onto a battery and enjoy.

How big of a hit should I take?

An easy 3-second draw is a great place to start. Don’t pull too hard, because that can lead to clogging. Make sure to wait 15 minutes to feel the effects before taking another hit.

How do I change the power setting on my Fernway STYLUS?

Once you turn your battery on, press the button 3 times to change the power level. There are 4 different power settings on each of our batteries.

For our STYLUS: Low = 2.6v (green), Medium = 3.0v (blue) , Medium-High = 3.4v (purple), High = 3.8v (red)

For our Live Resin STYLUS: Low = 2.4v (white), Medium = 3.0v (blue) , Medium-High = 3.4v (purple), High = 3.8v (red)

What’s the best power setting?

That all depends on what you’re looking for.

For our Flavor Line and Strain Collection cartridges a hit on the low (green) power setting will have the most flavor. Medium (blue) power setting will create a balanced hit. Medium high (purple) means less flavor and more vapor, while high (red) is – you guessed it – max vapor, least flavor.

For Fernway Live Resin cartridges we recommend using a lower voltage battery. We created a Live Resin Stylus that has a voltage range of 2.4v – 3.8v to provide you with the best Live Resin experience. The lowest setting, low (white), will provide max flavor. Medium-low (blue) will provide a little less flavor with more vapor, medium-high (purple) will provide less flavor with even more vapor and high (red) will provide max vapor. The Live Resin Stylus is fine-tuned to provide the highest quality vape experience at each power setting, so you can enjoy Fernway Live Resin your way.

We recommend starting with the lowest setting if you’re looking to get the most flavor, or if you’re new to vapes.
