Under this program, you are entitled to one replacement vape battery per month and unlimited vape battery chargers & pen caps per month. To claim, simply submit a form on the Fernway STYLUS Care page, and replacement units will be dispatched via standard ground shipping. While the warranty does not generally cover units lost or damaged due to misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis if you contact us with a polite request. However, we urge you to handle your replacement with care. Claims must be submitted exclusively through the Fernway website or the Stylus@fernway.com email address. Limited edition STYLUS models are eligible for replacement with the same model STYLUS only while supplies last. Fernway reserves the right to refuse warranty service at its discretion. By availing of this warranty, you consent to receive occasional marketing communications from Fernway. Proof of purchase is required to validate your claim.
