Second, here are the official rules: No purchase necessary. A purchase doesn’t increase your chance of winning, and there is an alternative entry method. Here’s how it works: you just email goldenticket@fernway.com with the subject line SWEEPSTAKES. We won’t share your emails with anyone. You have to be 21 or older to email us, but you probably knew that.

ELIGIBILITY
In order to enter the Golden Tiger Sweepstakes, all entrants must comply with the following:
- You must be 21 years of age or older to enter or win;
- All entrants must have a valid Massachusetts ID
HOW TO ENTER
All entries must occur before October 31, 2022. The methods of entering the Golden Tiger Sweepstakes are as follows:
- Purchase a Fernway Golden Tiger .5g cart from any participating dispensary. Everyone that finds a Golden Ticket inside a Fernway Golden Tiger .5g box is a winner!
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. You do not need to purchase a Fernway Golden Tiger .5g cart to win. As set forth below, you may also enter the Golden Tiger Sweepstakes by emailing goldenticket@fernway.com. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted for entry into the Golden Tiger Sweepstakes by email entry.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Fernway and its employees, officers, and managers from and against all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with your participation and/or entry in the Golden Tiger Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded or due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize. Fernway reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this sweepstakes in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the sweepstakes.
PRIZES
Each winner of the Golden Tiger Sweepstakes will win one of the following:
- A one-of-a-kind Golden Tiger Playstation 5 – (1 winner)
- An official Fernway Golden Tiger skateboard deck – (5 winners)
- A limited edition Golden Tiger t-shirt – (100 winners)
By participating in the Golden Tiger Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, each entrant agrees to allow Fernway or it’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and likeness, voice recording, video images and all related footage, and statements for Sweepstakes, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide, including but not limited to on television (including live television), radio, the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED
- One Hundred and Six (106) Golden Tiger Tickets will be randomly inserted in One Hundred and Six (106) boxes of Fernway Golden Tiger .5g carts that will be available for purchase in participating dispensaries during the contest period. A purchaser of a Fernway Golden Tiger .5g cart that contains a Golden Ticket will be a winner subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. The winner must email Fernway at goldenticket@fernway.com to claim their prize.
- Email entries will be by random drawing on October 31, 2022 between 5:00 p.m. EST and 8:00 p.m. EST that will contain the same 1 in 106 chance of winning as the purchasers of a Fernway Golden Tiger .5g cart. Email entries will be assigned a random number and a Fernway staff member will use the random number generator, www.Random.org to determine the winning numbers.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
- Email entry winners will be notified by one or more of the following; phone call, text message, email, or by USPS mail.
- For purchasers that find a Golden Tiger Ticket in a Fernway Golden Tiger .5g box must notify Fernway staff via email at goldenticket@fernway.com and affirmatively consent to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules
- Winners who fail to accept the prize, fail to comply with the Sweepstakes terms, fail to accept the prize in a reasonable time, or fail to comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified.
