The rules are simple.

1. Create an original work of art inspired by Lavender Dream. It can be a drawing, a painting, a photo, a video, or any other form of visual art

2. Send it to us by February 19th. You can send the artwork file or a picture of it to lavenderdream@fernway.com, or DM it to us on Instagram @fernway.

3. On 2/21, we’ll post the finalists so that everyone can vote for which entry they think is the dreamiest.

ELIGIBILITY

IN ORDER TO ENTER THE SHOW US YOUR LAVENDER DREAM CONTEST, ALL ENTRANTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:

HOW TO ENTER

All entries must occur before February 19, 2023 at 11:59PM EST. The methods of entering the Show Us Your Lavender Dream are as follows: 

• Create an original visual artwork – a drawing, a painting, a photo, a video, or any other form of visual art – and send either the artwork file or a picture of the artwork to lavenderdream@fernway.com. You may also submit your entry via Instagram DM to @fernway.
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. You do not need to purchase a Fernway Lavender Dream product or Budsuds product to win. 
• Only one entry per person will be accepted for entry into the Show Us Your Lavender Dream contest.  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Fernway and its employees, officers, and managers from and against all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with your participation and/or entry in the Show Us Your Lavender Dream Contest and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded or due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize. Fernway reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this sweepstakes in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the sweepstakes. 

HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED + PRIZE

Once the entry acceptance period closes, Fernway will select five finalists from initial entries. Between 2/21 and 2/26, Fernway will present the five finalists to its social media followers and collect votes on which one should win the grand prize. The artwork that receives the most votes by 2/26 at 11:59PM EST will receive:

1. An ultra-premium Fernway white fluffy bathrobe
2. A Budsuds CBD bath bomb and CBD soap

The artwork that receives the second and third most votes by 2/26 at 11:59PM EST will receive:

1. A Fernway pompom beanie
2. A Budsuds CBD bath bomb and CBD Soap

By participating in the Show Us Your Lavender Dream contest and accepting a prize, each entrant agrees to allow Fernway or it’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and likeness, voice recording, video images and all related footage, original artwork, and statements for Contest, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide, including but not limited to on television (including live television), radio, the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

1. Email entry winners will be notified by one or more of the following; phone call, text message, email, or by USPS mail.  
2. Winners who fail to accept the prize, fail to comply with the Sweepstakes terms, fail to accept the prize in a reasonable time, or fail to comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified.
